A NEW WEBSITE FOR LEADANGEL
LeadAngel helps companies manage their inbound lead and sales pipeline. The company had built substantial initial success but knew they needed a new website to dramatically increase sales. Otto created a new website highlighting messaging and product features that customer interviews showed were the most impactful.
BACKGROUND
Inbound leads for large companies can be messy—one person might submit duplicate leads, different people at the same company will submit inquiries, there are incomplete submissions, and more. It makes it hard to optimize the work of the sales staff and hard to accurately measure the lead pipeline funnel. LeadAngel had already built a profitable business to become a leading SaaS provider in the space. But to cement their leadership position, CEO Deepak Kumar knew he needed new sales material, starting with the website.
THE PROCESS
The LeadAngel software product is complex, with a huge number of features targeted at different customer profiles. “Responsive, intelligent, and perceptive,” is how LeadAngel’s CEO Deepak Kumar summarizes the Core Communication research process. “The work was fast and professional. We knew we were in good hands.” The first step was to clarify, group, and prioritize the product feature sets so that a website visitor could quickly find the features most relevant to their needs. Core worked with the company’s in-house design and development team to create the site that the company’s sales team knew would be a powerful new sales tool. Integrating a large amount of existing content, from blog posts to how-to guides, was part of the process.
